Bedtimes and Toy Boxes

The little guy is growing so fast. He’s got two teeth now and has started to show signs of wanting to walk. He doesn’t have the balance yet to attempt it himself but he loves trekking around the apartment with us supporting him.

Oddly though, he’s shown no interest in crawling. Our good friends’ little girl (6 months Casey’s senior) virtually skipped crawling and I read it’s not entirely unusual.

I started wondering if maybe it’s more common to go straight to walking here simply because cold, hard Chinese apartment floors aren’t really conducive to it.

  1. Just found your new web address after finding the old humanaught one was no longer working!

Lovely to see the latest photos of Casey and have now bookmarked your new address so that I don’t miss out on any future posts.

Very interesting to see your recent post on the MMR issues as well, as I work with individuals with ASD myself (and have for most of the past ten years and am just about to complete a Masters degree in Autism).

Hope you are well my friend.

    • Hey Martin, great to hear from you. I remember you mentioning that you were in the field (congratz on the Masters!). I’m curious to know what the opinions in the ASD world were about Jenny and Wakefield.
